The easiest way to travel to Charlottesville (if you’re not within easy driving distance) is to fly to either Charlottesville Airport (CHO) or Richmond International Airport (RIC), serviced by Delta, American and United, among others. Both airports have many rental car options and easy access to ubers and taxis.

You can also investigate train travel via Amtrak, which has a station in downtown Charlottesville (CVS).
